Kamono Furniture reserves the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices without prior notice. Products are available while supplies last. Any faulty advertised or inaccurate pricing are not binding on kamonofurniture.com, and may be adjusted at any time.

1.2 – PROPERTY All information, documents, images, materials on this site is owned by or licensed to Kamono Furniture. You are only authorized to use materials from our site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and store copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Commercial usage of any information, document, image or material by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited and unauthorized use may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. SECTION 2 – PRODUCT

The products displayed on this website are displayed as accurately as possible, however the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and Kamono Furniture cannot guarantee that the user’s monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Each product is crafted using products of nature and the wooden base you receive may differ in color and grain pattern from images found on our website.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

All products ordered are for personal use and gifting only. Any product sold and/or provided by Kamono Furniture must not be resold in any form or any place; we reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized and unofficial sale or display of goods.

Kamono Furniture reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, we will notify you and refund the full purchased amount.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING

4.1 – SHIPPING FEES Shipping and handling fees assessed at the time of purchase only apply to the first shipment of goods. Additional fees will apply If your product is returned to us, whether intentionally or through the carrier’s inability to deliver due to faulty address, customer’s inability to pick-up or receive sent package, or inability to pay any duties/VAT or other fees.

Kamono Furniture will charge additional shipping and handling fees for each delivery attempt you request. These fees are based on fluctuating carrier rates and may be greater than initial shipping and handling fees assessed for your order. If you choose to forfeit your product, the cost of the product will be returned to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an attempt to ship your product has been made.

4.2 – ADDRESS & PERSONAL INFORMATION Addresses and personal information must be submitted using only characters found in the English alphabet. Addresses or names containing international characters are invalid. If an order contains such characters, we will attempt to contact you to supply a valid
