OUR 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
At Kamono Furniture, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day return policy for our customers’ complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you received, you may return unused products for a full refund in the original form of payment.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Our limited staff availability means that it takes the same amount of time and resources to restock items as it does to ship them. Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund, credit your account, or issue a store credit within 10 working days.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery, and customers are responsible for their return shipping fees. Please contact us with your order details, and we will provide you with the closest return address.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt by email. Refunds can be issued in the form of in-store credit or to your original payment method.
In-store credit will be sent to you as a coupon code that you can redeem at any time during checkout. Please do not share this code, as it can only be used once. For card refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.
Late Transfers
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Warranty Notice
The warranty applies to all Kamono Furniture products available at the time of purchase (unless otherwise stated). It covers one product per order and runs for 12 months from the purchase date. The warranty does not cover breakages caused by gross negligence or continued breakages. It can only be used once per item and for the number of goods purchased. For example, if 12 plates were purchased, 12 replacement plates may be received.
The breakage warranty does not apply to goods that are no longer in production or sold in the store where they were purchased. If the goods are no longer in production, a similar product (but not identical) will be provided. This transaction is an exchange of goods, and money will not be refunded. Delivery times may arise during the exchange.
The warranty only applies to purchases from private individuals and can only be used by private individuals. Business purchases and usage are not covered by the breakage warranty, and business owners cannot use the warranty. Damaged products cannot be returned.
Kamono Furniture reserves the right to terminate the breakage warranty scheme without prior warning. Termination of the warranty scheme only affects purchases made after the warranty scheme has terminated. This means that all purchases made before the warranty scheme’s termination are covered by the warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This breakage warranty does not affect your consumer rights under any other law, including the warranty under the Sale of Goods Act.
